MemoHoney ingredients

Quick answer

MemoHoney contains six ingredients: L-Arginine, L-Arginine AKG 2:1, L-Citrulline HCL, L-Citrulline Malate, Niacin (Vitamin B3) and Beta-Alanine.

Five are amino acid compounds and one is an essential B vitamin. There are no herbal extracts, no caffeine and no artificial stimulants in the formula.

The six ingredients and their roles
L-ArginineConverted by the body into nitric oxide, which relaxes and widens blood vessels. This is the circulation foundation of the formula.
L-Arginine AKG 2:1Arginine bound to alpha-ketoglutarate for improved absorption and a longer-lasting vasodilating effect across the day.
L-Citrulline HCLRecycled back into arginine in the kidneys, creating a continuous nitric-oxide cycle instead of a single short peak.
L-Citrulline MalateCitrulline paired with malate, which has a direct role in cellular energy production and in clearing metabolic by-products.
Niacin (Vitamin B3)Essential for NAD+ production, the molecule behind cellular energy inside neurons. Also supports microcirculation.
Beta-AlanineRaises carnosine levels in tissue, contributing antioxidant defence against everyday oxidative wear.

Why two forms of each amino acid?

It looks like padding at first glance, but there is a logic to it. Plain L-Arginine acts quickly and clears quickly. Arginine bound to alpha-ketoglutarate absorbs more slowly and lasts longer. Pairing them is an attempt to cover both the early and later parts of the day from one morning capsule.

The same reasoning applies to citrulline. The HCL form feeds the arginine recycling loop; the malate form adds the cellular-energy angle. Whether that combination is meaningfully better than a single well-dosed form is not something anyone can confirm without published per-ingredient amounts.

An honest note on doses

Much of the published research on L-arginine and L-citrulline for vascular function uses gram-level doses. Supplement labels in this category frequently sit well below those amounts. If exact milligram figures matter to your decision — and for a circulation-focused formula they reasonably might — read the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle when it arrives, and ask customer support for a label photograph before ordering if you want it in advance.

You can search the underlying literature yourself at PubMed, and read general guidance on supplements at MedlinePlus.

Ingredients and interactions

Because five of the six ingredients act on or alongside the nitric-oxide pathway, this formula is not neutral for everyone. Anyone on blood-pressure medication, nitrates, PDE-5 inhibitors, other vasodilators or blood thinners should get medical clearance first. The full detail is in the safety section.
